Multi-Supplier Consolidation to Amazon FBA — 3 Factories, One Shipment
Challenge: A US-based e-commerce seller sourced products from three different factories in Zhejiang province: ceramic mugs from Yuyao, bamboo utensils from Anji, and silicone lids from Shaoxing.
